Need it next day? Before 9 am? Require booking in? Speak to our Customer Services team who can work with you to make sure you get what you need, when you need it.

STANDARD DELIVERY – 2 DAYS*

With our standard delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock*, we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next two working days from when the order is placed, Monday to Friday (geographical restrictions may apply).

REPAIR PICK-UP AND RETURN

Hilti tools are built to last but in the unlikely event that a breakdown occurs, we will take care of it quickly and professionally.

  • Book a tool repair by phone or contact us by filling up the form click here
  • If your tool is under the 2 year no cost period, we will strive to repair your tool within 24 hours.
  • If you purchased your tool more than 2 years ago, we will send you a quotation within 24 hourss. Once approved, we will strive to get it repaired within a day (upon availability of all spare parts)
